Overview

At H and G Best Driving School, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that require you to adjust your driving lesson appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to accommodate the needs of all our students, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel a booked reservation, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total session cost.
  • Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our office during business hours or via email.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule a booked reservation, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the total session cost.
  • You may reschedule your appointment online by visiting the same link used to schedule the original appointment and we will get automatically notified. It is highly encouraged to follow-up by phone during business hours or via email to confirm your rescheduled date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled time, subject to availability.

Exceptions

  • In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.

No-Shows or Late-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without at least 24 hours’ prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session on-time without at least 24 hours’ notice (“late-show”) will result in shortening the planned session by the same amount of late time missed (shorter session).

Refunds

Once your cancellation or rescheduling request is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email and include all supplied information.
